Helped the new CEO transition the company and staff from a failing
culture, and change the loyalty of the old-guard from the previous owner
to the new president.
For a private K-16 educational institution:
Worked with various Board committees and task forces to develop and
implement strategic initiatives and organization realignments in Enrollment
& Admissions, Field Development, Alumni Relations, Moms and Dads
Clubs, Career Development Office, and Technology Development.
For a "Big Six" accounting firm:
Facilitated the development of a new audit approach resulting in a
transformation of the firm's core product and a strategic shift in its

Determined the optimum porting and number of cable repair ships needed
in the Atlantic Ocean to maintain forty-one trans-Atlantic telephone
cables resulting, among other actions, in canceling plans to construct
two new ships.

Developed the first New York City on-line front office, night audit
and management information system.

Developed a program to track costs of over 11,000 research projects.
