CONSULTING TO MANAGEMENT

The Journal of Management Consulting. Inc., an independent international not-for-profit educational organization serving the management consulting profession worldwide published a professional journal from 1981 to 2006. Its mission was to develop, collect and disseminate the growing body of knowl-edge within management consulting as both a profession and a business. The journal was distributed to over 60 countries.

In 2000, the name of the Journal of Management Consulting was changed to C2M, Consulting to Management. In its 25 years of its existence, the volunteer editorial board and its contributing authors under the direction of Editor Gerald Simon and Publisher Michael Shays produced over 600 articles about the tools and practices of management consulting. Most of those articles are still relevant today.

In 2007 the JMC and C2M archives were transferred to the Institute of Management Consultants USA, located at 2025 M Street NW #800, Washington DC 20036-3099.
