International Council of Management Consulting Institutes

The International Council of Management Consulting Institutes is the global association of management consultants. The members of ICMCI are national institutes from around the world that certify professional management consultants. The ICMCI maintains an international code of professional conduct, an international uniform body of knowledge, and strict stand-ards for individual professional certification and reciprocity between nations. It promotes professional development and networking between consultants and the highest standards of consulting performance.

In partnership with its members, the national certifying institutes, the mission of ICMCI is:

To elevate the standards of manage-ment consultants worldwide, and to provide the international community with the confidence that these stand-ards, combined with the certification process of its member institutes, will ensure that certified management consultants serve their clients with competency and professionalism.

To support the creation and develop-ment of national professional institutes throughout the world, to encourage information sharing, networking and reciprocity among institutes adhering to ICMCI international standards and its code of conduct.

To these ends ICMCI strives to earn recognition as the authoritative international organization for the development of world-class professional standards, and to create the CMC designation as the international benchmark for individual management consultants.
